  (Relapse Records)
Release date:
2001

Review:
This Haemorrhage promo tape with killer brand new studio tracks to be released on some split 7"eps with Denak & Groinchurn... Always in the "Grume" vein: more powerful and groovy!!! This foretaste to the next album, "Anatomical Inferno" is just perfect! So, a promising next release! Haemorrhage is still at its best! Vocals have never been as sick and gory, guitars never thrashed this hard and drums did never go so fast and groovy! Then, you can expect the best Haemorrhage material for the new album! With perfect sound production... always recorded at Goreactor studios... Plus a General Surgery cover version to check out!(on split 7ep with Groinchurn); Here is the groove of the corpse they promised!

Tracks: 1)Enshrouded in putrilage 2)Surgery for the dead 3)Slithering of the ulcerous facial tissue(General Surgery cover) 4)The sickening aroma of a rectal carcinoma 5)Cirrhoetic liver distillation 6)Worm-infested cavities 7)Zu atrapatu artek(Kortatu cover)

HAEMORRHAGE "Scalpel, scissors & other forensic instruments" Promo tape

  (Ironia Recs)
Release date: 1995/96

Review:
Promo tape just before the release of the "Grume" ablum; most of these tracks can be found on "Grume" and "Emetic cult" cds except (I think) an unreleased called "Malignant cancroid formation". Production is quite good, but of course not as good as on their cds! But here it's heavier, with more gory vocals(splatter effects!). Anyway a great promo tape from the european goregrind scene leaders! Tracks 1, 5 & 7 are also appearing on the later released split 7"ep with Damnable...

Tracks: 1)Decom-poser 2)Fragments (anatomical relics) 3)Dissect, exhume, devour... 4)Torrent like eventeration 5)Malignant cancroid formation 6)Intravenous molestation 7)Excavating the iliac fossa

HYPOXIPHILIA/HYPOPTALASIAS Split Tape

Release date: 1999

Review:
A 2 piece band... Playing thrashy grind, with some noise and death influences... Some of the material there seems very different from the rest, some songs are noise-core, very short with heavy distorted guitars and blasting drums. The rest (the biggest part) is more grind-death oriented with thrashing guitars... I'm not sure, but drums sound like programmed drums... To me, it sounds like a mix between Drogheda and Dismembered Fetus, with a rawer sound, very raw guitars. Vocals are really extreme, deep throaty grunts and high pitched piercing screamings... Drums are not always very powerful, but if they had a little better, heavier sound production, they would probably crush all around! It's fast, or with more groovy midtempos.. This isn't exceptional, but still catchy, entertaining and intensity filled raw grind-death! Check their website at: http://hypoxyphilia.cbj.net

Hypoptalasias Review: Hypoptalasias is fucking great french grindcore band, from my area. They amazingly master grindcore style with energy and violent fury! The compositions are fast, or at least fucking catchy, because of a skilful fucking tight drumming... and musicianship above average for a grind band! Guitar riffs are played at very fast pace, and they shout, growl and scream with all their guts... as well, the sound is not bad at all for something recorded by themselves! More raw than heavy, but always really catchy... It's good grind, with touches of early Napalm Death, late Brutal Truth and even Anal Cunt!
