Review: Here's a full album for this brasilian band into sick, fucked up death/grind! This is animalistic, heavy kind of stuff... Quite sloppy and dissonant overall, with rugged bass lines on the forefront, some pretty chaotic drumming, sick shrieks and bestial, pig growls... Songs are really apocalyptic, just ruminating, ugly and messy with vocals adding a grotesque splattery flavor to the whole thing; I'd compare this to Intense Hammer Rage and Flesh Grinder. Sound quality is pretty clear despite the band playing in such a trashy, detuned fashion... Personally I couldn't totally get into it, but hardcore fans of truly underground, noisy gore/death/grind might get a kick out of it! Pretty cool & twisted art & layout, this is a pro-printed cd with complete lyrics and everything... Pretty sick!

Review: Fierce, grinding Brutal Death Metal of the most intense kind, with almost constantly blasting drumming, chainsaw guitar riffing, roaring, abrasive vocals... It reminds me of Cryptopsy & Suffocation in a way, but also mixed with some Inhume/Sublime Cadaveric Decomposition type death/grind... Guitar work is fast and pretty intricate with a slightly technical edge, the band tries avoiding playing the same riff too many times in a row and songs are in perpetual movement, the band does a great job keeping things exciting at all times... Drumming sounds a little mechanical, but this is the actual, tightly performed, live drumming and it's often extremely fast at that! Vocals oscillate between rather growling and screamy but either way they're always kind of harsh and piercing to the ear... This new Morgue Supplier material leaves me with a far better impression than the stuff I've heard from them in the past, this is simply quality, proficient brutal death metal, played with great conviction... Lyrics are printed and deal with not just gore but still obviously violence and really dark subject matter... This seems to be a self-produced cd but it's very done, great work all around!

Review: First up on this sick brazilian 3-Way Split Cd appears Neoplasm Disseminator, playing good old "Reek of Putrefaction" style sloppy goregrind, with everything from fuzzed out distorted guitars, nice and fast drumming to sick gurgling vocals... Sound is raw but still listenable... If you like old Malignant Tumour & Neuro-Visceral Exhumation, I'm sure you'll love this! This is just simple and extremely enjoyable goregrind with a really awesome Gruesome Stuff Relish cover version on top of all that!
Harmony Fault is next playing some really chaotic and dissonant sludgy death/grind with an obscure bass-heavy downtuned (as well as out of tune) sound, bizarre growling vocals (with lyrics apparently written in portugese)... Some pretty original and really bestial stuff for sure but it gets a little too confusing and sluggish at times for me... I'd say "disharmonic" is the right word to describe them! Kinda like a hybrid of Blood and Man is the Bastard...
Premature Autopsy rounds up this split cd with their own special brand of extreme porno/goregrind! This is downright depraved shit we've got there... This band has a fucking great distorted and heavy sound, the bass is really prominent in the mix, vocals are really low gurgling growls, pounding drumming... Reminds me of the very first Dead Infection demo!
The cd layout is nothing exceptional, just gory stuff... But each of the bands has their own gory cover inside which you can flip as the front cover if you want, which is really cool touch!
Overall, a superb split cd of truly obscure underground brazilian goregrind! Worth getting especially for Neoplasm Disseminator, but Premature Autopsy is pretty fucking great too... These bands are a little sloppy but they have a perfect, cripsy goregrind sound that's sure to bring chills down your spine... A nice treat for goregrind lovers everywhere!

Review: There's truth in advertisement here for this particular cd as this is exactly what it says it is on the cover: simply a mix of gabber and grind... Pounding hardcore techno beats, disgusting gurgling growls (often with demonic Evil Dead-type vocal effects), sickening screams/shrieks and thrashing riffs (a very metallic vibe overall)... Obviously Libido Airbag often springs to mind here although this stuff is maybe slightly harsher and crude as sound production is all raw and fuzzy... All in all, this is a decent offering, not exactly as rhythmic and driving as it could be, but it definitely has its catchy moments and an entertaining splattery vibe... Some interesting choices like a cover version of Bowel Stew's "Bizarre Ovine Gangbang" (just an excuse to re-use the infamous intro perhaps?) spice up the whole thing as well... An ok cd layout and some really weird band pictures, which look like a mix of weird Libido Airbag & Rompeprop gimmicks/costumes... If you're after a fresh shot of techno/metal/goregrind with nauseating spewing vocals and a perverted attitude, well this is the shit for you...

Review: Patologicum follows a polish tradition for groovy and heavy goregrind, probably influenced by Squash Bowels & Dead Infection... Straightforward grind riffs, downtuned guitars, prominent bass lines, sick throaty gurgles and pitch-shifted growls, pounding drumming... Pretty good balance between catchy midtempos and blasting parts, and a really good, clean sound production! The band members look like total geeks on their picture, but that doesn't stop this band from playing top notch goregrind! Also reminds me of Purulent Spermcanal or old Malignant Tumour! A couple of samples from City of the Living Dead & Zombi Holocaust...
Necrocannibal is in a more blasting, downtuned brutal death metal vein: deep guttural growls, programmed drumming, lots of chugging and sometimes amorphous guitar riffs... Guitar sound is pretty distorted but still heavy... Overall, this is fairly routine stuff in the vein of Mortician or Devourment... Real heavy kind of stuff, often pretty catchy especially on the midtempo stuff, but well, it's just not distinctive at all and lacks an original edge... Still, enough work went into these songs to make it worth a listen I guess!
Layout of this cd is pretty damn awful, but this is pro-printed stuff, sound quality is fair and I digged Patologicum alright!

Review: Anatomical Necropsy is from Russia and they play a sort of heavy, gory death metal, reminiscent of Necrony or early Grave... Some nice stuff in there, a pretty nice old school death metal sound, some heavy riffage and listenable songs... Unfortunately they use a drum machine which immediately flattens the style and although their guttural growling vocals have a cool, bestial tone to them, they're so repetitive and so clearly non-sensical it drove me a little nuts... The clearer backing vocals remind me of "Morbid Visions" era Sepultura, with that same kind of reverb effect, just fun stuff... This is a nice little effort , not a disagreeable listen at all, just nothing remarkable... However it must said Jungle Rot & Black Sabbath might be the worst choices for cover versions ever!

Cynical Bastards Review: Thrashing Death Metal with a smidge of grind and a musty old school sound remiscent of Napalm Death, "Harmony Corruption" era: big fat growling vocals, thick, thrashing guitar riffs, heavy use of doublebass drumming, clean sound... Just very straightforward, regular death metal, nothing more, nothing less...
Unformed Review: Brutal death metal in more of a Suffocation fashion... Very deep guttural growls and screamy backing vocals, typical death riffs with lots of harmonics and stuff plus some proficient drumming... Clean sound mix with some nice prominent bass lines, not a disagreeable band at all, but this seriously lacks freshness...
Gastrick Burst Review: Some more brutal death metal from this side... Well-rounded songs, thrashing and not without some really nice groove, dual growling/roaring vocals, really dynamic drum-work... Kinda reminds me of Nembrionic just in case you know them... Not the most original band ever, but still very well-done and the most interesting one on this particular split cd, in my opinion... Just some nicely composed, energetic and fun, grinding death metal...

Corpse Carving Review: Really typical drum-machine brutal death metal here... Blasting drumbeats, heavy & incisive, chugging guitar riffs (very Mortician-like) and low guttural gurgling growls (think Devourment)... This stuff's tightly done, the sound's pretty clean but yeah, I can't get much excitement from this type of stuff; I never can quite get into it... Songs are meandering with variations of the same riff over and over without much diversity... It's not so bad, just strictly for fans of the genre I guess.
Mincer: This italian band is much thrashier and chaotic than the previous one on this split... This is also brutal death metal, sound production is a bit on the muddy side with guitar and bass very loud in the mix while programmed drums are barely audible in the background... The deep growling vocals aren't so prominent either, but still louder than the drums... Not the best band ever, but enjoyable enough, the botched sound production gives it a kind of weird atmosphere which reminds me of Incantation on "Mortal Throne of Nazarene" (I mean that as a good thing)... The bonus tracks on this split cd makes it so you'll listen to Corpse Carving, Mincer then Corpse Carving & Mincer again, a bit messy but I like Corpse Carving sound better on the rawer bonus tracks... Overall, nice enough stuff, if you can stomach drum machine brutal death metal, that is!

Corpse Molesting Pervert Review: This german band plays goregrind with some death metal overtones, I feel their stuff works best when it's moderately paced or groove-based but this band can also seriously blast and grind really fine when they have to! Two types of vocals here with pitch-shifted growls and saturating shrieks, some very heavy guitar riffs, very downtuned and some great distorted bass too... Cock and ball Torture or Dead springs to mind but CxMxP definitely have its own unique sound. Even if this stuff sounds quite raw, it's very well-mixed and it's got a very agreeable heavy vibe... Good surprise here, this band is very good at what they do!
Gored: This is pretty fucking awesome goregrind without guitars, only bass, totally distorted vocal effects and some very fast, blasting drums... I should point out this is real drumming by the way! The result has a sort of amorphous and thrashy sound because of the use of, well bass and bass only! But this is very well-done overall, the songs are all very enjoyable and the top-notch drumming keeps everything together... The vocals and the overall aggressively anti-melodic, gory sound, all remind me of Last Days of Humanity from "Sound of Rancid Juices...", so if you're into old LDoH, you might very well dig Gored as well!

Review: If you enjoy such bands as Gronibard or Ultra Vomit and are interested in experiencing more of that special breed of french stupidity, you might want to try M.D.U. (which stands for Mental Degeneration Unit)... Sound production may not be quite as full-fledged as the 2 bands previously mentionned, but this band has nothing to envy them in the comedy department or even Grind-wise! M.D.U. cultivates a bloodied grind-death style, really basic and brutal in the vein of Blood with heavy riffs, blasting drumming, growling and screaming vocals, everything intertwined with a myriad of silly spoof moments... Some other parts are also reminiscent of the fun old french hardcore band Aggressive Agricultor in a way... The album keeps a Lord of the Rings parody thing going throughout with the band breaking into pointless medieval-style, flute-heavy vocal songs every now and then. Each new song is a further exploration of their drunken, braindead, anal sense of humor! Especially inspired comedic moments are their "Reign in Blood" parody with a trumpet-like/flute sound or something, "Oussama pas très solide ces deux tours" (Bin Laden jokes, always pretty reliable...) or a cover version of Michael Jackson's "Bite It Jean"... Their french cartoon cover versions are also up there! Lyrics are all in french, people unfamiliar with this beautiful language might not be able to grasp all the intricacies of M.D.U.'s work... Maybe I should have written this review in french since this band is more likely to first and foremost interest the froggies out there, it's just that a review written in french wouln't sit right among the rest of this site... Get this cd if you dare!
