DISSECTED "Harmonious concertos for cadaveric requiems"
Release date: 1999
Harmonious you say? I don't think so! Dissected guys are obviously bad musicians. Their instruments are so badly tuned it hurts. I wouldn't mind if they were only playing noisecore. But on the first song they try to sound like Carcass or so, they even try to play some guitar solo... Man it's depressing. If you guys hate harmony and music, Dissected is for you. Hopefully some of the songs are more grinding, but it doesn't mean more catchy. The sound production is not good. So, naturally, this is really hard-listening stuff. I guess it can be an interesting tape if you are a courageous collector. Or if you dig really cheezy tapes! Dissected sometimes reminds of me of Pathologist, but musically, pretty more incoherent and unartistic. They also write messy pathological lyrics, probably with the use of a medical dictionary or something... And If you don't find their music or their lyrics funny enough, I'm sure you'll die laughing when at the cover picture sight... We will surely remind this tape a long time in DIY history! Sorry to say that, but this tape is boring... I tried to find something interesting on this tape; with no avail... Read reviews for the rest of their discography for more details... The flyers doesn't contain any price(!!!!!!!!!!!) so I can't help you about that....... I just give you the contact below.

DISSECTED Rehearsal tape 1
Release date: 1999
This greek Death-grind band takes the do it yourself principles very far. This rehearsal tape has a totally raw sound. Guitars sound overly dissonant, drums are not powerful at all, and vocals are really horripilating. They try to play like Carcass, but they certainly haven't found the right formula. Sounds more like a depressed Pathologist playing for their grand parents or a Flesh Grinder members improvising for the first on the "Feast on a dismembered carnage" theme. I'd say they still have to practise alot, and maybe learn how to tune their instruments. Because it's ok for the grind parts, but the slow melodic parts with the guitar solos and all are definitely awful!
Tracks: 1)Grind the bones 2)Cough mucus from the throat 3)Beyond necropsy 4)Rectum sufferings 5)Cerebrospinal fluid and vitreous humour 6)Operative treatment under obligation 7)Dismembered in pieces 8)Renaissance incarnation 9)Clinical medicine

DISSECTED Rehearsal tape 2
Release date: 1999
Writing pathological lyrics is not enough. You need talent too. If you still think Carcass clones like Necrony, Pathologist, General Surgery are nothing like only untalented imitations, listen to Dissected and compare. Man, I don't know if I go wrong or what, but after listening to 3 Dissected tapes I feel like I'm gonna barf. This music is so bad it's embarrassing. I really wanna cry. This is the most hard thing to listen to I ever heard. Especially the slow parts which always seem to get slower and slower. Tune your fucking guitars!!!!!! (I never thought i would say this man!) and please, play faster too!
Tracks: 1)Embodiment of necro-cannibalism 2)Gangrenous pyodermic testicle 3)Pernicious anaemia 4)Rhinal epistaxis and myxoma 5)Abdominal gastric sybmersion 6)Galloping consumption 7)Cardiac ulcerations 8)Empathology of sickness
