| Are you often asked for
interviews. Do you usually think it's fun or just fucking
boring? I used to do lots of interviews but it's kinda slowing down now. I've been out of touch with the underground inorder to concentrate on my true hobby; collecting toys and dissecting bugs. I actually think it's fun to do interviews. I'm not clear on this, so I was
wondering if DxSx was a one-piece band or if you were
more in there? What
(bands? or any other reason) made you wanna form
Decomposing Serenity in the first place? Were you
involved in any another band or underground stuff before
that? And, can you think of a description of what you do?
What
was the first DxSx stuff you ever put out? When was that? Do
you write lyrics for the songs? and are you inspired by
movies, or serial killers to built DxSx imagery/song
titles? Your
sound is very intense, raw and kinda obscure... Do you
record the stuff by yourself? In what place? What
equipment do you use? What
is the best DxSx recording, or major one in your mind? On
the split cd with Vomito (out on Lofty Storm), "Give
the children her severed head" the artwork is really
creepy, with dolls and dead babies pictures. Is the idea
from you?
What
do you think of the bands who shared split releases with
you. Like Vomito, Viscera, Sadistic Lingham Cult etc... I can never find what your intros
are taken from... Some of them sound like movies, and
others like documentaries about serial killers... If you
could give away some of the sources... (if ever you
remember some of them!) it'd be cool... What
bands, records (and movies) are you really into these
days? Truly
fun bands are from Australia, like Filth, Viscera,
WarSore, Blood Duster... Are you in contact with some
them? and please name some more who you think deserves
attention..... You
said to me before you got new DxSx shirts, so how do they
look like? and can people get DxSx stuffs from you?
Please feel free to list whatever's available and how to
get it... |
