SHITS Split
Ep |

(Gulli Records Germany - GR 007)
Release
date: 1995
Dead Review: A quite old EP
featuring the cult german dirty death/grind metal band
Dead on the first side... This is live stuff, with quite
good sound and nothing to reproach really... It starts
out with a bizarro intro and continues with godly,
punishing, thrashing, sick, very well-played stuff. Four
memorable songs, including a GG Allin "Highest Power"
cover version... Nothing more to say really, Dead is just
brilliant, they have a really morbid feel and a nice
sense of groove. This is just cult stuff! The cover is
also a must in extremely sick perversion...
Tracks:
1)Recognize
: Spread your legs... 2)Rectal punishment 3)Receive my
golden shower 4)Highest power (G.G. Allin)
 Meatshits
"Sewer in my mind": No
bullshit, Meatshits sound really great on this EP.
Some kinda fast, straightforward, stenchy
grindcore with brutal sludgy sound. Hopefully no
melodic shit. With very low and growling vocals.
& many short silly intros... Sometimes it
sounds very much like early Napalm Death from
"Scum" period. Except for the state of
mind! Coz Robert Deathrage is not a PC guy in no
way (personally i don't care your P.C. or not!)
But the last speech about killing homosexuals
sound incredibly FASCIST and its said with the
most stupid tone you can ever dream of!!! It's
always good to hear if you wanna laugh a good
time. Getting rid of gay people seems to be
obsessional with this brainless guy... Duh. I
can't possibly understand why the fuck is that.
The issue is just uninteresting, better things to
think about than killing everyone who's different
than me.
Tracks: 1)Homosexual
slaughter (demon wind re-mix) 2)Barbaric bitch
beater(scissors re-mix) 3)Homosexist (M.R.R.) 4)Another
brutal fucked-up song 5)Floats on the water (shit)
6)Perversion spree 7)San Francisco gay massacre 8)Bursting
fluids (on her face) 9)Faggot (freak) 10)Outro (I
hate their kind)

DEATH
SENTENCE
"Ryan...Thanks For The Support" Ep |

|
| |
(No Label)
Review: Okay kids... this isn't grindcore,
goregrind, noisecore or shitnoise. Neither is it noisy-hardcore,
death metal or crust. DEATH SENTENCE is straight up
ULTRAfast regular Hard Core. "Well, why the fuck is
DEATH SENTENCE being reviewed in this 'zine then?"...here
are some very plausible reasons: 1)They're fast. REALLY
FAST. Faster than SIEGE and on par with old NAPLAM DEATH.
Even the vocals (which are above standard HC shouts) keep
up to the music at an insane pace...WITH EVERYTHING BEING
SHOUTED CLEARLY!!! I must admit, it's so fast I did have
to use the lyric sheet to keep up! Which of course leads
us to reason #2) The lyrics are incredibly touching. I
don't meen whiny-emo-pussy touching...We're talking
incredibly hopeless, jaded social commentary that seems
presented as just fact. "Hmmm...Sounds like typical
powerviolence to me!" Well, here's the clincher
assholes...THIS SHIT WAS RECORDED IN 1985!!! This re-release
is an apparent bootleg of a much sought-after and godlike
7" from this Australian outfit... However, I've had
the original taped for me (from Andy/RUPTURE) and the
sound quality is BETTER than the tape???!!! I have no
idea who put this out, but if anyone out there is into
ULTRAFAST (blastbeat speed...no shit!) simple 2-riff HC
with powerful/painful commentary...SEEK THIS OUT!!! A
powerful release as SIEGE's demo or LARM's split LP with
STANX!!!
---Seanocide
Tracks: 1) Death Sentence 2) Air That We
Breathe 3) Moral Majority (this one'll jackhammer you!!!)
4) Benevolent Intervention 5) Balance Of The Nation 6)Cease
To Exist (great song!!!) 7)Christian Fanatics |

DECOMPOSING
SERENITY/VISCERA Split
Ep |

|
| |
(Prolapse Records #02)
Release
date: 1998
     Decomposing
Serenity Review:
Ultraviolent grind: with a delightfully raw
sound... Vocals are rather screamy(there are although
some backing growls) but also utterly sick and violent.
Compositions are mainly built with fast-as-light blasting
parts(always very short) and thrashy slow parts make it
more hearable. Less intro sample than on the previous
DxSx things i could hear... just one in the beginning and
another in the end. The sound is ok! Just a little noisy,
but heh... it's the DxSx music style... Amazing beautiful
and macabre cover art! Enjoyable! Looking forward for
this band!
Tracks:
1)Blood was
drawn 2)Enthral the internal fungus 3)Women's severed
feet 4)Facial distortion 5)Bestial comsumption of faeces
Viscera Review: Like Decomposing Serenity here
is again some awesome australian grindcore!!! Their sound
is very raw and noisy, sure, but not totally shitty, and
clear enough to understand it all; Vocals are mostly
hysterically screamy(the drummer is the singer!) but
there are also some low growls on 2 or 3 songs... Bass
and guitars are quite noisy but remind me of Regurgitate
side on their split cd with Dead... 7 fast and quite
short songs. Something perfect for raw and fast grindcore
freaks... Lyrics are even printed: à la Autopsy, all
about sex/gore/perversions and without any humour.. Not
like their clearly handmade logo made of cunts, dicks,
shit and sperm... Somr sick and gory pictures on the
cover... Here is VISCERA! This split ep is highly
recommended for raw and sick noisy grindcore-heads!
Tracks:
1)Skullfucked
2)Human urinal 3)Frolick in your fuckhole 4)Toilet tarts
5)Dick cheesy slurpy 6)Drowbed in smegma

DENAK
Ep |

|
| |
(BiM Records)
Release
date: 2000

Review: You've heard my chit-chats about
spanish gore bands like Machetazo, Haemorrhage and
Gruesome Stuff Relish, these bands always bring a smile
on my face, because they're all wicked cool, making me
relive Carcass/Impetigo glory days. On the other hand,
Spain also have to offer Denak which I enjoy kind of the
same way, except they make me relive Napalm Death glory
days. And probably Assück as well. Anyway, yeah Denak's
wicked cool too. Their stuff is gritty and grindy, it's
thrashing and crusty, and it's just bloody good. Not the
most extreme grind ever, but intense enough to get me
excited over the catchy riffs, the fast rythms, the
stubborn angry vocals and the great Napalm Death cover
version... That's all really great Grindy goodness from
Spain, with good sound (stuff recorded at Reactor
Studios, the place where Haemorrhage goes to record as
well) and hearfelt spanish lyrics that reminded me
spanish classes where I was mostly sleeping, eyeing girls
and mocking the teacher. So, catch this one if you can.
The word is that the first copies are sold out, but
there'll be a new pressing. Also, watch out for some of
the Denak stuffs re-edited on cd and for the upcoming
Agathocles/Malignant Tumour Split Ep with new studio
recordings coming out on the same promising label, BiM
Records. That should be really interesting.
Tracks: (Side
necesita realmente? 10)Aprendiendo a escribir 11)Furder (Ripcord)

DENAK/ABSTAIN
Split Ep |

|
| |
(Dwie Strony Medalu Records)
Denak Review: This split 7"ep is out on
DWIE STRONY MEDALU RECORDS from poland. There was some
problems with releasing this, but now it´s out !! First
comes Denak from Spain, playing very angry, fast and
awesome stuff here, if you have heard them - you know
what I´m talking about !! And if you haven´t heard them
yet, hurry up dumb ass - they really rock !! but
basically this is basic grindcore with slight crust
influence, but I think they do it far better then many
other same kind bands !! Really worth to check.
Tracks:
1)No title 2)Grita
3)Nunca Cesan De Dar Vueltas
Abstain Review: Then comes Abstain from USA, one
of my first favourite bands !! This is that crazy
powerviolence, hardcore, grind I love so much, with
fucking cool vocals done by Jay on drums. 2 own songs in
vein of they´re all other records and they even do great
AG cover here !! It´s Senseless trip - very intresting
version, you gotta hear this out !! They fit perfectly on
this song, because original vocals are almost same than
Abstain vocals - horrible screams and now even some
growls from other guys. I just heard that Rob (bass and
vox) has left the band, but they are going to continue as
a 2 piece and about to finishing they´re upcoming full
lenght, it´s so sad, but I think they manage this more
than fine.
Tracks:
1)Self
Infliction 2)The Feeding 3)Senseless Trip (AG cover)
